.NET Domains
When the Dot NET universal top-level domain name extension was initially launched in 1985, along with the first domain name extensions on the Internet, it was intended to be used by Internet Service Providers or infrastructure establishments. Since there were no particular prerequisites about the usage of the top-level domain, though, .NET domains were acquired and used for diverse purposes and by a huge number of people. This extension represents a wonderful substitution for .COM, notably if the desired domain with the latter extension is not available for registration.
Purchasing a .NET domain with our firm is easy and takes barely a couple of minutes, considering that we work with an ICANN-certified registrar firm. You can order such a domain for an interval between 1 and 10 years, or, if you already possess a domain, you can move it over to our firm and we will renew it once the transfer process is completed. Transfers are available for all domains, which are at least sixty days old, given that they are unlocked and that you have received an EPP transfer code – security measures established by the .NET Registry organization to prevent unauthorized transfers. You can easily update the WHOIS contact details of the domain through your Control Panel tool, or, if you don’t want this information to be accessible at all, you can purchase a Whois Privacy Protection service, so no one will be able to view your real contact details.
The dot NET top-level domain supports internationalized names, so you can pick if you want to aim at a particular country or area using a domain name in the regional language, or the global Internet community – using a generic English name.
